Vietnamese food!

My first taste of Vietnamese food. The pâté was delightful and the new lifer beer was very smooth. My little clay pot of food was delicious as well and perfectly spiced.

Cookie fun

The best part of these cookies is you must assemble them first. I found the cookie kinda bland and the dulce de leche harnessing a weird texture. But it was kinda fun making a production line. I only wish the cookies would have turned out like the ones I purchased in Bolivia...or even like the ones I purchased in Hollywood, FL at a pizza shop.
